How to Use Track Pacing 如何使用 Track Pacing

1. SELECT MODE 1. 選擇模式

Distance Base vs Lap Base

Distance base (按距離) vs Lap base (按圈數)

Choose Distance Base for standard race distances (800m, 5k, etc.). Use Lap Base to calculate pacing for specific inner or outer track lanes.

標准比賽距離(如800米、5公里)請選擇 Distance base (按距離)。若需計算不同內、外道次的配速,請使用 Lap base (按圈數)

2. DEFINE GOAL 2. 設定目標

By Pacing vs By Target Time

By Pacing (按配速) vs By target time (按目標用時)

Toggle By Pacing to see splits for a specific speed (e.g. 3:45/km). Switch to By Target Time to find the pace needed for a total clock time.

開啟 By Pacing (按配速) 可查看特定速度(如 3:45/公里)的分段時間。切換至 By target time (按目標用時) 則可計算達成總時長所需的平均配速。

Save & Copy

儲存與複製

Tap the save Save Button to log your splits in History. Use the content_copy Copy Button to share plain-text splits with others.
